Unpleasant stay experience.
Perhaps just the parking lot
Property has issues with water. Water color wasn't clear, but yellowish instead. No hot water. Water flow was very low. Hand basin was clogged, water drained very slowly. Room was not clean: chair has fungus and dust all over and quite thick. Bed head HPL was peeled and broken, soap and towel hanger were broken. Phone was unplugged. Bed cover has marks and stains (sticky stains). Overall, hotel was old and not maintain enough, very poor

Almost nothing
The rooms weren't ready when we came. The remote control couldn't adjust the volume so we couldn't watch TV (R. 217). The flush couldn't be used until the technician came (R.217). The door couldn't be opened smoothly and widely, so that we had to push it hard. What an amazing terribly effort. The AC was hot (R.219).
